Adrian Dunkley is a regional AI expert and one of the Caribbean's most recognized voices in artificial intelligence, technology strategy, and innovation policy. With decades of experience building tech ecosystems across the region, Adrian has dedicated his career to ensuring the Caribbean is not just a consumer of AI, but a creator.

As the driving force behind 14West, Adrian launched the Caribbean's first AI-focused grant fund and startup accelerator, investing in fourteen companies across fourteen nations. His vision is clear: build the infrastructure, talent, and companies that will make the Caribbean a global player in AI.

Adrian also spearheads the Caribbean Assembly for AI Growth (CAAG), a regional advisory body unifying governments, academia, and industry around a shared AI strategy for the region.
